  • the Role
  • we are currently looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to carry out repairs to our Empty Homes across multiple trade disciplines to properties owned or managed by Broadacres
  • you, along with a team, will be responsible for transforming our homes to an excellent condition ready for our customers and will help us to deliver excellent customer focused services
  • you will be proactive in supporting your line manager and, trade colleagues, and the wider property services team in achieving targets and standards and will be responsible for the health, safety and welfare of yourself and anyone who may be affected by your work
  • you will carry out core trade activities, including: joinery, plumbing, bricklaying, plastering/tiling and basic roofing repairs, as well as other maintenance tasks, ensuring that the work is completed to a high quality and to relevant technical & safety standards
