Responsibility
- responsible for ensuring that all orders and credit control are fulfilled in a timely manner
- effectively lead the Operations Assistant, Warehouse team and Drivers providing instructions and guidance on a day-to-day basis
- review and develop new and existing relationships with couriers to optimise deliveries and reduce the distribution costs
- identify and implement improvements that enable orders and deliveries to be processed more efficiently
- support training for new/permanent members of the Operations team
- ensure office facilities are maintained and adequate supplies ordered according to staff and business requirements
- respond promptly to customer and visitors enquiries or/and complaints
- regulate stock take reporting & coordinating with team
