Responsibility

  • this is a United States based remote position
  • develop a comprehensive target list and create strategies to approach and engage with prospects
  • identify and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads
  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met throughout the sales process
  • customize proposals based on client requirements, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and offering effective solutions
  • identify and Target Prospects: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends
  • work closely with legal and executive teams to ensure terms and conditions align with company objectives
  • new Business Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by proactively seeking out and engaging potential clients

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in a related field
  • ability to travel up to 50% within North America to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • proven track record of success in business development within the architectural, construction, engineering or security industry
  • preferred knowledge of the architectural, construction, and engineering sectors, including current trends and market dynamics
  • strong network and existing relationships within the industry
  • excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
