- you will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and maintain a safe working environment
- operate and monitor machinery, ensuring proper setup, operation, and maintenance
- follow standardized operating procedures to perform production tasks accurately and efficiently
- inspect finished products for defects or deviations from specifications
- package, label, and prepare products for shipment, adhering to packaging guidelines
- as a Production Operative, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, responsible for performing various tasks in the production process to ensure the efficient and timely creation of high-quality products
- perform quality control checks at various stages of the production process
- maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity

Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
- previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes

- ability to stand for extended periods
