Responsibility
- creation of high-quality, accurate, detailed technical drawings
- use a variety of CAD software programmes to create designs in 2D and 3D
- effective liaison with team members, architects and engineers to ensure the timely resolution of technical queries
- ensure drawings are compliant with the business and industry standards
- produce documentation to support manufacture, installation and remedial works
- maintain accurate records in accordance with business processes and filing requirements
- any other duties commensurate with this post
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- revit, Vertex & AutoCAD or any 3D software experience
- excellent attention to detail
- understanding of building regulations
- ideally experience working within the construction industry
- comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
- fast paced environment
