  • level 2 IT qualification
  • will need to conduct assessments, on new clients and doing annual reviews on all care plans
  • QCF – Health and Social Care in Children’s
  • knowledge and experience of working with people with learning disabilities and complex needs, and to able to conduct assessments and impact risk-assessments
  • experience of working with a variety of communication methods including PECs, objects of reference and basic signed communication, to able to teach new staff
  • experience of implementing CQC or Ofsted Essential Standards for Care settings or supporting young people and families in their own home settings
