Responsibility

  • work in accordance with BritChem’s safety standards
  • ensure staff are achieving company OTIF/OEE standards
  • produce goods on time to meet customer demand/delivery promises
  • achieving lowest cost production and efficiency improvements, whilst maintaining flexibility in line with customer engagement strategy
  • ensure product waste and people “waste” is minimised. Establish a high performance staff with a training and development
  • ensure staff are fit for purpose whilst being lean and cost effective
  • ensure we make high quality products made to specification and meeting the needs of customers
  • maintain total compliance with all legal requirements Work in accordance to ISO 9001 working towards accreditation of 14001,45001
