BRITAIN TECH is looking for employees for positions:
- diagnose and repair IC-related faults on smartphones, including CPU, PMIC, NAND, and baseband issues
- the ideal candidate will have a strong background in micro-soldering, diagnostics, and board-level repairs
- perform micro-soldering, reballing, and chip-level repairs using professional tools and techniques
- identify and troubleshoot motherboard faults using schematics and diagnostic software
- work with precision to ensure high-quality repairs with minimal rework
- maintain proper documentation of repairs, including components replaced and fault analysis
- ensure all repairs meet industry standards and quality control guidelines
- stay up to date with the latest smartphone technologies and repair techniques
- minimum 3 years of experience in IC-level smartphone repair
- expertise in micro-soldering and board-level diagnostics
- familiarity with schematics, circuit diagrams, and diagnostic tools
- experience with iPhone and Android motherboard repairs
- strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- knowledge of BGA rework and reballing techniques
- understanding of ESD safety and proper handling of electronic components
- ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
