Responsibility

  • CNC operator and Product Designer
  • the programming, set-up and operation of a 4-axis CNC mill-turn
  • preferably, proficient in the use of Mazatrol Smooth G conversational programming
  • proficient in the use of CAD/CAM packages
  • tooling organisation/management
  • the set-up and operation of a 3-axis CNC Router
  • meeting tolerancing and quality control requirements
  • ensure the CNC machine operates correctly trouble shooting as necessary

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • CNC programming: 3 years
