Responsibility

  • conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans for clients in their homes
  • self-employed
  • collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and effective care
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of treatment plans, progress, and outcomes
  • provide hands-on therapy sessions to aid in the recovery and improvement of mobility, strength, and function within their own home environment

Requirements

  • qualified and registered as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with the appropriate authorities
  • experience of at least two years working in the community setting
  • proven experience in delivering therapy services with exceptional results
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families
  • ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks
  • flexibility to accommodate existing work or family commitments
  • part-time NHS therapists or individuals looking to return to work are highly encouraged to apply
