BRIMS CONSTRUCTION is looking for employees for positions:

payroll administrator

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • manage weekly and monthly payroll cycles
  • weekly timesheet input into Sage 50 Payroll
  • statutory deductions and payments to HMRC
  • ensuring Full Payment Submissions and Employer Payment Summaries are made to HMRC on a timely basis
  • preparation of P60's and P11D's etc
  • pension Administration
  • pension reconciliations and uploads to pension providers portals
  • other payroll creditor reconciliations

Requirements

  • excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
  • experience of processing high volume payroll payments
  • must be able to work to strict timescales and meet deadlines
