Responsibility

  • we are Brightside, a Supported Living service based in Ashington with a focus upon providing outstanding care and support services for individuals with a Learning Disability, Autism and other additional needs
  • we are seeking to recruit a new team of support workers for our new Independent Support Living Service, we need people with the right values and attitude to work in our Supported Living Services, with three young men with low level needs, supporting them to live as independently as possible, and enabling them to gain new skills, within the home and in the local community - could this be you?
  • we are seeking to recruit a great new support worker; to join our team to cover shifts from 7.00am to 9.30am, 10 hours per week Monday to Thursday with a chance to pick up additional hours when required, we need people with the right values and attitude to work in our Supported Living Services – could this be you?
  • our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to match our own! You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started – we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker
