- auditing records, medication and finances in line with company policies and CQC compliance
- delivering supervisions and mentoring support workers
- position: Deputy Service Manager
- working directly with adults at risk in delivering care
- responsible For: Team Leaders and Support Workers
- participate in the on-call rota
Requirements
- knowledge of working with Learning Disabilities and Autism
- experience managing a team
- experience within health and social care
- minimum 2 years experience within health and social care
- previous experience of supervising staff
- ability to deal with conflicts
- ability to deal with behaviours which may challenge
- an understanding of safeguarding and ability to identify safeguarding issues
