Responsibility

  • day to day management of schedules around caregivers and clients
  • working with clients and their families
  • ensure care delivered is compliant with all relevant legislation
  • undertake assessments and reviews
  • undertake supervisions and direct observations
  • improving and maintaining the continuity of care

Requirements

  • ideally NVQ Level 2 or 3
  • previous experience within a scheduling role
  • knowledge of CQC compliance is essential
  • good working knowledge of IT Systems
