Working hours
- full-time | Part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- bench Joiner - To work in a small but busy workshop, predominantly manufacturing architectural joinery and fitted furniture
- must be able to work on your own from drawings as well as with others
- rural location so must have own transport
- salaried or self-employed under CIS, rate dependant on experience
- 8.00am - 4:30pm preferred hours but can be negotiated
Requirements
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to correctly interpret plans and diagrams
- experience in accurate use of fixed woodworking machinery & portable power tools
- confidence to use, repair and maintain machines and tools
- communication to report potential issues in timely manner
- ability to effectively work on your own as well as part of a team
- experience in bench joiner role, manufacturing wood into quality furniture/doors/windows etc in the workshop, fitting not required but flexible if wanted on some jobs and experienced enough to do so
