Requirements
- handling new client enquiries promptly to ensure clients are happy
- discussing initial tutoring requirements with clients and recording information in our tuition management system
- working closely with our education consultants to ensure clients receive excellent tuition
- sending clients tutor proposals and managing client onboarding
- strong interpersonal skills, especially patience and empathy and excellent telephone manner
- client relationship management
- strong organisational skills, an ability to multi-task and a positive can-do positive attitude
- reviewing and acting upon lead and client information in our management information systems
