Responsibility
- to assist the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the organisation and operation of educational visits
- to lead with the direction of the Deputy manager of the nursery on the delivery of high quality EYFS
- organise activities, both inside and outside the nursery, which encourages creativity, development, co-ordination, independence, self expression, and learning through play
- practice, ensuring reflective and inclusive provision that meets all children’s needs
- to plan and deliver creative and meaningful activities for key group and overall children
- to support staff to discuss, assess and review children’s development in order to plan for their next step, to ensure that the needs of all children are met through the planning process
- to monitor with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager the classroom activities, ensuring they are creative, fun and educational
- set up the environment influenced by planning to support the needs of key children. Ensure key children’s files are kept up to date with planning for their individual needs, with observations and photographic evidence
