• you will work as part of a care team with support and development opportunities supported by the senior team
• you will be required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in order to achieve positive outcomes
• this is a home for 2 young people to live in a safe and nurturing environment, providing care to children and young people aged 11-17, 365 days per year
• as a residential childcare worker, you should be motivated and have a genuine interest in delivering the highest quality of care for children and young people
• you will also need a desire to undertake a professional qualification relating to working with children and young people. This is a fully funded qualification. You will be required to carry out sleep in duties

Responsibility

• this is a permanent full-time contract, and you’ll be required to participate in the on-call rota too. This is a role that requires being office based. The annual salary starts at £28,000 to £30,000 which will increase as you progress
