Responsibility
- reporting of and supporting the reduction of Operational Costs with emphasis on manufacturing variances
- prepare monthly cost of gross sales forecasts, providing analysis of operational variances to assess company performance against targets
- review budgets regularly to look for cost and cash reduction opportunities
- provide Operations / Supply Chain with inventory insight to minimise stock levels and slow-moving / obsolete inventory
- support Operations / Engineering in the production of accurate Capital Expenditure proposals
- continuously review existing business practices to identify and implement changes which deliver greater cost efficiency and accuracy
- identify, challenge and proactively satisfy internal customer requirements to build a service which enhances effective delivery of site performance
- manages data to create meaningful financial reports, identifying trends that provide awareness of potential business improvements
