Responsibility

  • to input sales feedback into the CRM that outlines the opportunity whilst on the telephone with a sales prospect
  • exceed realistic quarterly sales targets
  • manage your sales pipeline -negotiation and closing
  • creating qualified high quality face-to-face meetings with prospective customers for the surveying team
  • telephone sales relationship building
  • database skills
  • maintain sales records on the CRM
  • excellent telephone and written communication skills

Requirements

  • the Account Manager will need to have an excellent telephone manner and should be articulate
  • you will be able to demonstrate a track record in good relationship building and consultative sales skills
  • we are based near Central London’s Caledonian Road tube station with good transport links to all services
  • by nature all of our sales people are outgoing and friendly
  • the air conditioned offices are housed in a modern purpose built service unit
  • strong written and verbal communication. The successful candidate will need proven success in both “in and outbound B2B tele sales role
  • the environment is friendly and consultative. Informal wear for the in-house team
  • there are quarterly team targets and individual monthly targets to exceed
