Responsibility
- briggs and Partner Ltd are a family business and have supplied plant equipment throughout Yorkshire and beyond since 1944
- we are recruiting for an HGV driver with experience of loading, unloading and securing of plant machinery
- you will work closely with the hire desk to ensure deliveries and collections are made smoothly and also with the transport manager
Requirements
- deliver and collect varying types of plant across the Yorkshire area and further afield when required
- maintain vehicle to a high standard and follow procedures in place to ensure compliance
- carry out other duties where required to aid the smooth running of the business
- high level of service and commitment
- help colleagues when needed
- rate of pay dependent upon experience
- overtime available
- HGV driving within the plant industry: 2 years
