Working hours

Responsibility
- assist with developing and implementing the HR strategy that dovetails with the businesses short, medium and long term goals
- ensure robust and up to date and accurate employment law advice is provided
- identifying, empowering, motivating and promoting talent through development of a talent management process and strategy
- act as the lead for HR within Briggs advising on best practice and offering options for managing complex, strategic issues
- support on reporting and analytics, and report on monthly KPI’s
- develop the existing Line Management function with the business to ensure they have the adequate knowledge, skills and support to manage all aspects of the employee life cycle
- employee’s relations and absence management support
- work closely with the Head of HR to manage change effectively and efficiently
Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 or relevant experience
- experience of multi-site/country business
- experience in a Senior Advisor role
- good employment law knowledge
