Responsibility
assist with developing and implementing the HR strategy that dovetails with the businesses short, medium and long term goals
ensure robust and up to date and accurate employment law advice is provided
identifying, empowering, motivating and promoting talent through development of a talent management process and strategy
act as the lead for HR within Briggs advising on best practice and offering options for managing complex, strategic issues
support on reporting and analytics, and report on monthly KPI’s
develop the existing Line Management function with the business to ensure they have the adequate knowledge, skills and support to manage all aspects of the employee life cycle
employee’s relations and absence management support
work closely with the Head of HR to manage change effectively and efficiently
Requirements
CIPD Level 5 or relevant experience
experience of multi-site/country business
experience in a Senior Advisor role
good employment law knowledge
