- operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
- assist with fabrication of sheet metal components using TIG welding and other welding techniques
- perform assembly tasks following technical drawings and specifications
- use basic maths skills to measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
- support the maintenance of equipment and ensure work areas are kept clean and organised
- collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
- follow health and safety procedures at all times during operations
- experience or training in TIG welding, <LOCATION> welding, or general fabrication is desirable
- familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- basic understanding of sheet metal work and mechanical principles
- ability to perform basic maths calculations relevant to fabrication and assembly tasks
- good organisational skills with attention to detail
- mechanical knowledge or previous factory experience is advantageous but not essential
- ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- press brake: 2 years
