Responsibility
- develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and processes
- monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system
- conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives
- manage the supplier qualification process and supplier quality performance
- facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action activities
- ensure that all products and services meet or exceed customer requirements
- maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation
Requirements
- in-depth knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques
- be trained to degree level in engineering, quality management, or a related field
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- experience with ISO 14001 and 45001
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience working in sheet metal fabrication environment
- strong leadership and project management skills
- trained in Lean Six Sigma
