Responsibility

  • attending reviews and planning meetings
  • to ensure all clinical practices and medication processes within the home are conducted in line with legislation
  • to be involved in the safer recruitment of staff including vetting, interviewing and inducting new employees
  • to organise rotas to ensure that the needs of the young people are met at all times
  • the home adheres to Covid-19 policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well being of all employees and children
