  • generate workflow letters based on pathology results from clinicians
  • ensuring all post is collected, franked and posted each day
  • receiving and directing patients on arrival to the surgery
  • liaising with hospital staff and emailing patient summaries, as requested
  • ensuring any outstanding matters and documents are passed on to a colleague on the next shift
  • prescriptions requests from patients and pharmacies
