Responsibility
- to plan and implement programmes with individual service users and groups appropriate to the developmental needs of individuals
- to support service users on all activities when out in the community
- to assist in the devising of service users individual targets and their monitoring and review
- to assist & be flexible in trips with service users
- to develop positive relationships with service users and staff to assist service users progress
- to work collaboratively with the team leader in the planning, development, delivery of tasks/activities for service users and to differentiate tasks/activities according to the needs of service users
- to assist in the specific medical/care needs of service users when required
- to assist in providing a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment for service users
