- your role will include several ad hoc responsibilities
- daily contractors’ management
- ensuring the smooth running of our jobs, assisting team when busy and updating insurance systems and spreadsheets
- daily comms via email/telephone
- raise VOs for additional works
- assist surveyors
- take complete ownership and manage end to end process of the jobs allocated to
Requirements
- ability to manage end to end process and projects
- time and cost efficiency
- thinking on the spot and being proactive
- work well under stress
- must be extremely detail orientated and have the ability to work independently but also good team player
- competence in creating documents, tracking projects, and using all available management tools
- ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
- office etiquette is a must
