be a first point of contact for all ministry enquiries, including enquiries about branding
assist ministry teams in their work with networks, volunteers and freelancers, including adding details to databases and processing resource requirements
administer ministry team communications as required
maintain the online Messy Church Directory, including regional mapping
produce and issue Anna Chaplaincy licences
raise invoice for speaking and training engagements and be responsible for credit control for those invoices
assist with administration for freelancers; issuing contracts, ensuring payments are made
support ministry teams in the organisation and administration of events and training; administer bookings and connected payment, supplying necessary resources and administer music licensing for ministry events
