Responsibility

  • working with the Marketing Manager and Client Service Partner to deliver marketing and business development objectives based upon the firm’s strategy
  • assisting with design and production of content and marketing collateral including; presentations, banners, leaflets, brochures, videos and social media posts etc
  • creating email marketing campaigns, newsletters and maintaining client lists adhering to GDPR regulations
  • copywriting for a variety of marketing channels and collateral
  • monitoring review platforms and responding to all reviews in a timely manner and escalating negative reviews to compliance
  • implement client development initiatives and ensure successful implementation to drive increased engagement and satisfaction
  • assisting with Client Service reporting and analysis, as well as upselling and cross selling opportunities
  • creating and uploading content on the company website, social media channels as well as day to day management, maintenance and reporting of website and social analytics
