Responsibility
- in conjunction with your Office Manager supervise the Road Staff provision, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the service
- to ensure that all routes are covered the previous day and a spare contingency is available
- to ensure that any staff changes are passed onto all parties involved. Office staff, parents/carers and schools in a timely manner
- to manage the day to day operations of the Road Staff provided to the Home to School Transport service based in Kingsbury, NW9
- to update and distribute children/young people information to Passenger Assistants
- to work with the rest of the office to ensure that all runs are covered in a timely manner in accordance with the information provided by the London Boroughs
- in conjunction with your Office Manager ensure that you are contactable at all times until the Crews have confirmed all children have arrived at school in the mornings and home in the evenings, detailing any reports from either drivers or Passenger Assistants of any nature that might detract from the safety and efficiency of the service
- to deal with any problems that occur during the sessions, including liaising with the Local Authority, parents/carers and schools
