Responsibility

  • achieve sales targets in line with those set
  • ensure that all paperwork and administration is up to date and GDPR compliant
  • liaise with customers, legal representatives, financial advisors, valuers
  • able to build a good working relationship across all departments, especially that of the construction team
  • ensure that the health and safety of the customer and colleagues are in accordance with legal requirements and company policy
  • have a thorough understanding of the company’s sales prices, products and those also of local new build competitors and second hand market

Requirements

  • experience of sales in the new homes industry
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • target driven with good self-motivation skills
  • computer literacy is essential
  • personal presentation of the highest standard
  • A full driving licence and ownership of a car is essential
