Responsibility
- achieve sales targets in line with those set
- ensure that all paperwork and administration is up to date and GDPR compliant
- liaise with customers, legal representatives, financial advisors, valuers
- able to build a good working relationship across all departments, especially that of the construction team
- ensure that the health and safety of the customer and colleagues are in accordance with legal requirements and company policy
- have a thorough understanding of the company’s sales prices, products and those also of local new build competitors and second hand market
Requirements
- experience of sales in the new homes industry
- exceptional customer service skills
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- target driven with good self-motivation skills
- computer literacy is essential
- personal presentation of the highest standard
- A full driving licence and ownership of a car is essential
