Responsibility
- the role will be predominantly doing proactive sales and will be expected to effectively sell the company’s services
- outbound calls to leads from different sources and build rapport
- the Role will consist of mostly outbound calls contacting leads and building pipeline of customers to achieve targets
- mainly outbound calls however will be expected to answer inbound when necessary
- work with some current and lapsed clients
- provide first class customer service
- be self-managed, responsible and highly ambitious but also need team cohesion
- navigate a CRM system including updating notes, contacts etc
Requirements
- you will be determined to achieve minimum targets
- candidate must be tenacious and organised
- you need to be Self-motivated and have a passion for success
- ability to work under pressure when needed and still achieve targets
