BREAS MEDICAL is looking for employees for positions:
production supervisor
Responsibility
- to ensure the final configuration of the device is completed accurately
- to record first pass yield failures and help determine quality trends
- responsible for the induction, upskilling, mentoring and well being of team
- to manage the resource/team to ensure deadlines are hit
- responsible for the production and test teams for both sub- and device assembly with key measures being personnel availability, personnel competence, personnel costs, productivity and quality output
- to assist in the recruitment of new team members
- responsible for finished medical device testing, component testing inclusive of PCBs, solenoids and any other related components, PCB testing, programming, PAT testing and soak testing
- to support company continous improvement initiatives and make recommendations for additional projects
Requirements
- A strong technical knowledge of test and diagnostics relating to electronic devices
- A track history of successfully managing teams and developing a positive working culture
- experience of working within a production environment with an understanding of manufacturing principles
- A demonstratable history of driving efficiencies
- experience of managing a team during a time of change
- experience in working within a highly regulated environment
- previous experience of working with medical devices and ISO13485 a plus, but not essential
