- train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

Requirements
- proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes
- bartending experience is a plus
