  • greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely manner
  • coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food delivery
  • providing recommendations and answering any customer questions
  • maintaining a clean and tidy restaurant environment
  • handling customer complaints and resolving issues as needed
  • processing payments and ensuring accurate accounting and cash handling

Requirements

  • must have experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress
  • must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must be charismatic and able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm
