  • develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, ensuring timely completion of project phases and milestones. Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary
  • prioritize and uphold strict health and safety standards on the project site. Implement safety protocols and ensure all team members and subcontractors comply with regulations
  • maintain clear and regular communication with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams. Provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations
  • monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed

Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus
  • strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and related technologies
  • proficiency in project management software and tools
  • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
  • exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in large-scale construction projects, preferably with a focus on building services
