- keeping the operations team informed of any issues with real time communication
- helping to maintain electronic filing systems

- answers phone calls and transfer them as necessary
Requirements
- experience in customer service particularly within an online / call centre setting
- exceptional communication and customer service skills
- ability to work without Supervision
- ability to follow and develop efficient and effective processes to underpin customer service operations
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work quickly and accurately to tight timescales
- strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- excellent time management skills
