due to continued expansion we are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to deal with incoming calls/emails from customers who are reporting faults with their central heating system
you will be logging new jobs, arranging appointments, communicating with engineers/suppliers, handling first line complaints and updating notes on our in house software system
full training will be provided however we do require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office or call centre environment

experience of operating within a customer service environment

experience of working in a high call volume environment
problem resolution/first line complaints handling
awareness of requirements to maintain service levels
ability to empathise with customer needs and maintain customer delivery satisfaction
