- we are a small group of local artisans who create award-winning charcuterie products and have already made our mark on the food scene earning Great Taste Awards for 12 of our products over the last 2 years
- we source heritage and rare breed meat from local farmers and shepherds, this supports genetic diversity and, we are certain, has a much greater depth of flavour
Requirements
- we are recruiting for Baristas and Deli staff to work at Bray Cured Local with our friendly and supportive team
- as a small business, you will be a valuable member of the team, responsible for helping to grow our brand
- working in our deli, you will be creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for villagers and visitors alike who are coming in to stock up on our mouthwatering charcuterie range and other local delights
- you will be responsible for opening up in the morning, meeting and greeting customers, making and serving coffee and sandwiches, keeping our shelves and fridges looking beautiful, stock take, cashing up and closing down
- for those with more of a desire to work in sales/gain events experience, there will be an opportunity to work on our Bray Cured stand at food festivals and other weekend events
