  • outline of the role
  • responsible for helping shape and critique internal recommendations whether from strategy, content, influencer, creative of paid teams
  • lead on campaign reporting, working alongside internal teams, analyse campaign performance, build case studies and recommend future solutions / upsell opportunities
  • since 2014, we’ve been responsible for pushing social forward, and breaking tradition boundaries to establish the gold standard in social media marketing

Requirements

  • knowledge of the social media landscape across paid, owned and earned media
  • contribute to wider agency initiatives including all agency meetings, client team meetings and peer meetings
  • confident in presenting to clients and internally within the agency
  • confident in the creation of costing and monitoring the profitability of your client/s campaigns alongside ensuring projects run in line with timings - reporting back to your line manager
  • proficiency in developing client scopes of work, agreements and contracts to ensure these are fit for purpose
  • play a key role in the wider client team, demonstrating best practice in client account handling and what it means to be part of the Social Chain team
  • an independent problem solver who is constantly ahead of any issue, but if one arises, you can work with the team to resolve both simple and complex challenges
