Responsibility
- branksome cleaning services are looking for a self-employed cleaning operative for occasional work for our company
- its only commercial cleaning, no domestic cleans
- mopping main communal areas

- we expect the right candidate to adhere to high standards of cleaning
- cleaning kitchen surfaces
- driving licence and access to own car is essential for this position
- must be flexible and to be able to work at little notice
- ideal candidate has an experience, has DBS check, have liability insurance and its s one self employed operative. We are not looking into subcontract any other cleaning company
- we pay £18.00 per hour and 40p per mile of drive. Our contracts are mostly local but as well Wareham, Swanage, Lulworth, Christchurch
- shift patterns vary, mostly evenings but some cover through the day and minimally weekends
- fuel costs will be covered at an agreed rate
- DBS check will be required
- usual job would be cleaning of offices, the most of the contracts are cleaned after 5:30pm, few contracts are cleaned in the day
- happy to work alone and be confident as this is a key holding position
- areas covering include but are not limited to: Bournemouth, Poole, Swanage, Lulworth
- premises include but are not limited to: Offices, Marinas, Airports
Requirements
- you will need to work confidently and autonomously
- you should be self-motivated and confident in undertaking stock management and site cleaning management
- clean DBS check
