Working hours

Responsibility

  • responding to all sales and aftersales enquiries
  • efficiently processing customer correspondence taking ownership of queries
  • daily order entry and processing for retail customers
  • ensure all customer invoices and receipts are processed in a timely manner
  • managing saddle repairs and warranty claims
  • bring your exceptional customer service skills and passion for the equestrian industry to a diverse role working for the world's leading saddle brands
  • supporting the sales team as required

Requirements

  • equestrian knowledge is preferred
  • strong equestrian knowledge
  • A strong working knowledge and background in customer service and order processing, with at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • customer service: 2 years
