you support your fellow Shift Supervisors and the wider warehouse management team, collaborating and communicating effectively with each other
you’re no stranger to working within a logistics / warehousing environment and you’ve got a strong understanding of what it takes to support the smooth running of a successful operation
you’re a natural leader – line managing up to 30 warehouse operatives means you’ll need to be a people focused leader who can motivate your team and drive great performance
