- we’re looking for a new Shift Supervisor to join us in our Fulfilment Centre in Kettering. Supporting the Fulfilment Centre Manager and the other Shift Supervisors, you’ll be a true team player with strong leadership skills
- you take accountability to ensure warehouse processes are managed effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and great performance
- you support your fellow Shift Supervisors and the wider warehouse management team, collaborating and communicating effectively with each other
- you’re no stranger to working within a logistics / warehousing environment and you’ve got a strong understanding of what it takes to support the smooth running of a successful operation
- you’re a natural leader – line managing up to 30 warehouse operatives means you’ll need to be a people focused leader who can motivate your team and drive great performance
