Responsibility

  • coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to completion including estimating and costs management thereafter
  • main point of contact between the client and the production team to ensure timeframes on delivery are achieved
  • develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and customers
  • monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may arise
  • prepare and present project status reports to team leaders
  • assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices

Requirements

  • previous experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • proficient in using CRM software such as Simpro
  • strong data analysis skills, including experience with Google Drive SAS
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • signage and vehicle livery experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
