Responsibility
- we are a unique, home from home setting that is based in the heart of Swadlincote
- there will be a variety of shift patterns between the hours of 7am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
- we are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our ever-growing team that has a level 3 or above, and work full time at our setting
- the job will involve continuously working alongside the manager of the nursery to lead outstanding care for all the children and parents, providing high quality learning and supporting all staff at the nursery providing excellent leadership to promote a successful team
- it will entail been in charge of the nursery in the managers absence and ensuring the statutory framework is met each and every day
- bramble Wood Day Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in our care
- you must have effective leadership to ensure there is high quality of teaching and learning within the nursery and all staff are adhering to polices and procedures, including yourself
- you will be between all of our three rooms, offering support and guidance to staff and children, completing individual and room supervision to ensure that the EYFS and children's learning outcomes and development are embedded within the nursery every day
Education
