Responsibility
- bramatt Computing are an IT Reseller based in Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67
- specialising in Product Supply, Virtualisation, Engineering Installation and Helpdesk Support Services
- we are currently looking for a permanent member of staff to expand our helpdesk and engineering department
- A competent knowledge and understanding of IT is required, along with experience of Windows server, desktop operating systems and office applications
- in addition to supporting our Helpdesk, you would also assist in the pre-configuration of customer’s hardware prior to delivery to site
- although you will be predominantly working in house, on occasion there may be a requirement to work on a client site
- for example, this may be to assist in the rolling out of equipment as part of a solution
- working in a first line helpdesk technical support role, you will join a fast growing busy IT company providing technical support services to SME’s throughout the UK
