  • experienced in working with a growing organisation
  • familiarity with working in an R&D environment an advantage

Responsibility

  • support and review the raising of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • raising sales invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and collaboration with commercial teams
  • support and review the processing of purchase invoices and obtaining necessary approvals
  • review bank reconciliations and postings for all group company accounts
  • manage the finance email account, dealing with all queries in a timely and professional manner
  • preparation of payment runs including foreign currency payments in all group companies
  • managing the expenses system
  • fixed asset management

Requirements

  • knowledge and use of accounting packages, preferably Xero
