maintenance engineer
Working hours
- full-time | Temporary
Responsibility
- support production, start-ups and during the running of the shift
- carry out effective planned maintenance in line with schedule
- assist in the coverage of other shift engineering roles in times of holiday, sickness, training etc
- ensure sufficient critical spare parts exist on site to minimise loss through excessive downtime
- provide in and out of hours assistance where necessary
- oversee all Health and Safety in your area and report any concerns to the Engineering Leader
- health and safety management of team members/contractors and visitors, safe systems and works are written, trained and implemented
- carry out all necessary training and education in relation to food safety, good manufacturing practice and Health and Safety
