Responsibility
- installing straight and curved stairlifts in client’s homes to the highest standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- diagnosing and repairing faults to ensure client satisfaction
- carrying out routine servicing and maintenance on existing stairlifts to ensure they are safe and reliable
- responding to emergency callouts and breakdowns, attending the client’s location promptly, and resolving the issue
- working with the office team to schedule workloads and provide excellent customer service
- maintaining accurate records of all work carried out and materials used
Requirements
- the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- strong customer service skills, with the ability to build a rapport with clients along with a full understanding of their needs
- A full UK clean driving licence
- an enhanced DBS check will be required and carried out by Bradshaw Stairlifts Ltd
- flexibility to work out of normal working hours as and when required
- the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of stairlifts, alternatively we will consider someone with a good mechanical and electrical background who is willing to go through a fast-track training programme with our experienced team
- electrical or Mechanical Engineering: 1 year
